Position: G M Sales
a. Roles & Responsibilities:
i. Supervising, monitoring and leading all sales activities across India
ii. Setting sales targets, supporting and leading the team of sales personnel
iii. Total responsibility of total sales in the company
iv. Coordinating, assisting MD for deriving marketing strategies for various products and market segments
v. Envisaging and designing all promotional activities and promotional Material
vi. Totally responsible for customer relations and brand enhancement
b. Other credentials:
i. Graduate Engineer with 5-7 years’ of experience in sales in construction Industry
ii. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience similar position
iii. MBA candidate is preferred
iv. Experience of dealing with corporate customers in construction industry
v. Knowledge of concrete batching plant desirable
vi. Gender: Male
vii. Belagavi/Bengaluru/Pune
viii. Should be a willing traveler
ix. Time frame : 90 days
