The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in the valve manufacturing industry and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills. Key Responsibilities: • Workshop Management: Supervise daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules. • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage workshop staff, including engineers, technicians, and support personnel. • Quality Control: Ensure that all manufacturing processes meet industry standards and company quality requirements. Implement quality control procedures and address any issues promptly. • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety. • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the maintenance and repair of workshop equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure operational readiness. • Resource Management: Manage inventory of workshop materials, tools, and spare parts. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of necessary resources. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on workshop performance, including production metrics, quality issues, and any other relevant information. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the valve manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of workshop management. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred. • Skills: • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in workshop tools, machinery, and equipment. • Familiarity with quality control procedures and industry standards. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hubli.

Position: Accountant Location: Hubbli We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented accountant to join our finance team. Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting: • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. 2. General Ledger Management: • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. • Record journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and other adjustments. • Review and analyze account balances for discrepancies and variances. 3. Accounts Payable and Receivable: • Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports. • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices. • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable sub-ledgers to the general ledger. 4.
