Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Hubli
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and capabilities)
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with over 5 years of experience in the valve industry. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, generating sales leads, and driving growth in the valve sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in the valve industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote our valve products and achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
• Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, trade shows, and digital marketing. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print media, and events. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and optimize ROI.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness. Use data to drive decision-making and improve sales strategies.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product innovations. Provide accurate and detailed information about our valve products to clients and prospects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product offerings. Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional content.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the valve industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
• Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of valve products and industry standards.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hubli.
